Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bucyrus, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was so clean and the rooms were spacious. Beds very comfortable and I loved the pillows marked as soft and firm. I really liked how the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in large bottles in the shower, this is helpful to the environment by not providing those tiny bottles that go in the trash right after. This is the first time I've seen it and it's a great idea. All hotels should do this. I also loved the breakfast. It was hot and fresh and delicious, there was definitely something for everyone. This is one of the nicest hotels that I've ever stayed at. I was beyond impressed with the hotel and the staff.

The breakfast was satisfying for all 3 of us - a senior who needs to watch her glucose intake, an adult who has lactose and gluten sensitivity and a teenager with a big appetite. We also enjoyed finding out about the resident outdoor cat. We also appreciated the suggestion for getting dinner - the pizza was delicious.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was better than expected. Beds were comfortable and temperature control of room worked well.

Everything was spotless and comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Also, Ioved that they stocked Dove products in the guest rooms.
